I have the custom covers; black outsides with grey down the middle. Comfortwise, they are quite comfortable. No troubles at all during long drives. And they don't get very hot. Keep in mind that I have a black Z and live in Sacramento, where we've just enjoyed our 3rd day straight (or 4th?) of 100+ degree weather! Now appearance-wise... In my opinion, they are not very special. They're not bad, but they're not great either. There is something about them that just looks like $10 PepBoys seat covers. My brother has wet okoles for his Corvette (C5) and they look waaaaaaaaay better. His just form to the seat better, it's like Wet Okole really took the time to make it fit well and tight for the vette. They come in two pieces, one fits to the bottom seat (where you sit your ass down) and another piece for the back. The bottom seat piece fits fine. But the back piece just slides over like a sock and does not form to all the curves and bumps that the Z's seats have. It just sorta "floats" above all the bumps and curves. That's what makes it look cheap to me. To be honest, when I first installed them I was a bit disappointed in how they looked.. and I still do today. I mean, for 200+ bucks they'd better be impressive. Service was fine, everything shipped on time. Install was fairly easy. I left my seats in and just squeezed my lil arms and hands under the seats to strap and buckle the seat covers down. So why do I leave them on? Well, they're still better than my nasty worn leather seats that they cover up. :-P
